How it works

1. Order like any normal product. Add to cart and checkout.

2. We contact you after purchase. Within 24 hours we’ll reach out by email/WhatsApp to capture your choices. (You can also leave notes at checkout.)

3. Spec confirmation. We confirm the configuration, price (if your spec adds cost), and the build timeline.

4. Assembly. Hand-assembled in our workshop. Typical build time: 5–7 business days.

5. Quality check + shipping. You get tracking the moment it leaves the bench.

What you can customize

• Case size: 36 mm, 39 mm, or 41 mm

• Dial styles: Arabic, Roman, minimalist, sunburst, date/no-date, textured, diamond-set options

• Bezels: smooth, fluted, sport, diamond-style

• Hands: baton, dauphine, arrow, etc.

• Movement: reliable Japanese automatic (NH-series) or meca-quartz chronograph (VK-series) depending on design

• Crystal & steel: sapphire crystal, 316L stainless steel

• Straps/bracelets: Jubilee/President/Oyster-style steel, rubber, or leather

• Logo option: with or without dial logo (where applicable)

Good to know

• Water resistance: up to 5 ATM (splash/rain/shower; not a dive watch).

• Lead time: most builds ship in 5–7 business days after spec confirmation. Complex requests can take longer—we’ll tell you upfront.

• Availability: some parts are limited. If a component is unavailable, we’ll propose close alternatives before we start.

• Independence: we are an independent modding workshop and not affiliated with Seiko or any other brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
