1) Order Processing Time
* All pieces are built to order.
* Standard processing time: 3–4 business days after payment is received.
* Custom builds (e.g., personalized dials with logo or full bespoke builds): 5 business days before dispatch.
* Once shipped, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number.
2) Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, CTT, Correos, YunExpress or an equivalent service depending on destination.

*During peak seasons or when a parcel is processed by customs, delays can occur.
3) Shipping Fees
* Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
* Free shipping may apply to selected products or promotional campaigns.
4) Duties & Import Taxes
* Many of our shipments are delivered duty-free or with minimal import charges , but this is not guaranteed.
* Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees required by local regulations.
* We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, but we always use correct documentation and optimized routes.
5) Tracking
* You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
* You can track your parcel on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.
6) Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the date it was marked as delivered/expected). Provide:
* Order number
* Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item (for damage)
* A brief description of the issue
We’ll assist with the carrier claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
* We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
* If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, re-shipping fees may apply.
8) Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately at our discretion. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
9) Service Limitations
Some carriers cannot deliver to certain locations (e.g., PO Boxes or specific remote areas). If delivery to your address is restricted, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
