Shipping Policy

This English version is provided as a consumer-facing translation. The contract language is German and German law applies.
The mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected to the extent that they are more favourable to the consumer than the provisions set out below.
This Shipping Policy forms part of our General Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed with MedoMods (AM GbR, Danziger Straße 6, 69181 Leimen, Germany; VAT ID: DE458659498; e-mail: info@medomods.com). Our products are shipped from Asia (outside the EU). The governing law is German law and the contract language is German.
1) Order Processing Time
All pieces are built to order.
Delivery time includes processing, hand assembly, quality control and transit to delivery.
Once shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number.
2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, CTT, Correos, YunExpress or an equivalent service depending on destination.
Standard shipping: free from €200, otherwise €9.90. Delivery worldwide in 12–15 calendar days from order.
Express shipping: €19. Delivery worldwide in 7–8 calendar days from order.
During peak seasons or when a parcel is processed by customs, delays can occur. Estimated delivery times are non-binding indications.
3) Shipping Fees
Standard shipping costs €9.90 and is free from €200 order value.
Express shipping costs €19.
4) Duties & Import Taxes
Because our shipments originate from outside the EU, parcels may be subject to import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees in the country of destination.
Many of our shipments are delivered duty-free or with minimal import charges, but this is not guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees required by local regulations.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, but we always use correct documentation and optimised routes.
The price displayed at checkout is the total price for the goods. The above import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees levied by the country of destination are additional charges imposed by the competent authorities of that country; they are payable by the buyer and are not collected by us. This pre-contractual information is provided in accordance with Article 246a EGBGB and the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU); where the consumer's country of habitual residence imposes more specific or more favourable mandatory information requirements, those provisions remain unaffected.
5) Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
6) Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the date it was marked as delivered/expected). Provide:
Order number
Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item (for damage)
A brief description of the issue
We will assist with the carrier claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of and accidental damage to the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer, in accordance with § 475(2) BGB and Article 20 of the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). Accordingly, until the goods are handed over to the consumer, the trader bears the shipping risk. The 7-day notification request set out above is intended solely to help us process carrier claims promptly; it does not constitute a time limit on, and does not shorten or otherwise restrict, any mandatory statutory consumer rights — including the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence where these are more favourable.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, re-shipping fees may apply.
8) Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately at our discretion. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
9) Service Limitations
Some carriers cannot deliver to certain locations (e.g., PO Boxes or specific remote areas). If delivery to your address is restricted, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
