MedoMods builds custom watches to order. The catalogue includes automatic watches, GMT models and battery-powered quartz watches, with the movement, materials and options specified for each product.
Our story
MedoMods was founded by Mikail Aslan, who has been building Seiko mods since 2020. What began as a private passion — and a frustration with cheap aftermarket parts that failed within weeks — grew into a workshop with a clear standard: watches that look and run like watches costing several times as much. Today we ship to collectors and enthusiasts in over 30 countries, every watch assembled individually by hand rather than off the shelf.

Every watch is made to order. Once you have configured it, we hand-assemble the case, dial, hands and movement, regulate the accuracy and inspect each piece in quality control before it leaves us. Expect delivery in 10–12 days — this step is deliberately not a mass process. Priority Build (€9.99) puts your watch ahead of the others on the bench. Orders ship tracked from Germany.
Materials & quality
Choose by the exact model: NH35 and NH38 automatic watches, NH34 GMT models, VK63 Meca-Quartz chronographs and VD78 quartz watches serve different needs. Product pages list the movement, case, crystal, bracelet and water-resistance information for that watch. Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty from delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and functional problems under normal use. It doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water damage.
