SUB MOD

The SUB MOD collection is an independent MedoMods homage in a Submariner-style direction, not an original watch or a manufacturer model.

The SUB MOD collection is for a Submariner-style Seiko mod watch. The current family includes NH35 automatic models and a VK63 Meca-Quartz chronograph variant, with diver-style dials, bezels and bracelets.

Choose movement before style alone

An NH35 model is automatic and mechanical. A VK63 model is battery-powered Meca-Quartz with chronograph timing.

The Mariner Mod Black uses an NH35 automatic movement in a 40 mm stainless-steel case with sapphire crystal. Its seconds hand stops when the crown is pulled, and the movement supports hand-winding. The screw-down crown and 5 ATM water-resistance rating accompany its all-black dial, bezel and hands. A metal bracelet completes the model. The bidirectional bezel can be used to time intervals; the sapphire crystal has anti-reflective treatment and a scratch-resistant coating.

Seikomariner and Mariner are the NH35 automatic models. MASTER MOD Brown adds a VK63 Meca-Quartz chronograph; choose automatic time and date or a stopwatch function first.

How do case, dial and bracelet details differ?
