The Oak Mod is the most distinctive piece in the MedoMods range. The octagonal bezel, the seamlessly integrated steel bracelet, and the characteristic textured dial combine into one of the most recognizable silhouettes in the integrated-bracelet sports watch category—a look that shook up the industry in the 1970s and has remained the most coveted aesthetic in watch collecting ever since. Our interpretation brings that presence to a Seiko-based platform, handcrafted in Germany.

Case and Materials

Case and bracelet are 316L stainless steel, carefully brushed and polished in the tradition of classic luxury sports watches with integrated bracelets. The signature octagonal bezel is milled from solid steel and gives the watch its unmistakable profile. Crystal: sapphire, double anti-reflective coated. Water resistance: 5 ATM.

Movements and Variants

Automatic versions run on the Seiko NH35—hacking seconds, hand-winding, approximately 41 hours of power reserve, no battery, no compromises for daily wear. For those who want a stopwatch function: chronograph variants use the Seiko VK63 Mecha-Quartz, which pairs the crisp pushbutton feel of a mechanical chronograph with quartz timing precision. Open-heart dials exposing the movement are also available across the range.

Colors and Options

The collection spans classic black and dark navy, bright silver-white, skeleton dials, and a wide palette of rose-gold and two-tone finishes. Rubber strap options round out the lineup for those who prefer a sportier wearing experience. Over forty variants in total—from understated to genuinely bold.
