The Oyst Collection is our tribute to one of the most timeless watch designs of all time: the Oyster Perpetual in its purest form. A simple round case, a smoothly polished bezel, a cleanly applied index layout, an Oyster bracelet—and a boldly colored lacquer dial that finally made this line a cult classic starting in 2020.

Based on Seiko, this exact look can now be recreated at a fraction of the original prices. We use cases from the Seiko SARB033 or modern 5KX platforms, which range in diameter from 36 to 40 mm—exactly in line with the historical and current OP. Inside, the proven NH35 movement operates with a 41-hour power reserve, manual winding, a hacking function, and no date (essential for the purist OP aesthetic).

The dial is the centerpiece. We offer the iconic lacquer colors—turquoise (Tiffany), coral red, yellow, green, and purple—each with applied bar indices and cleanly printed minute track. Also available in a classic style upon request: black with stick indices or silver sunburst for a subtle office look. This pairs well with either a fully screw-down Oyster bracelet with polished center links or a leather strap with a folding clasp.

The sapphire crystal comes standard with double anti-reflective coating and is slightly domed, further emphasizing the classic look. The crown and case back are individually tested against the original gaskets before assembly—water resistance is rated at 100 m, sufficient for swimming, showering, rain, and everyday use.

Important: An Oyst-Mod is not a fake. We do not use third-party trademarks, no “Rolex” logo, no crown as a symbol, no protected dial prints. The watch is a standalone product inspired by the iconic design of a classic—just as has been customary and legal in the modding market for decades. If you want a genuine Oyster Perpetual, buy a genuine Oyster Perpetual. If you love the design but don’t want to pay the premium, or are looking for a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece, buy an Oyst-Mod.

Delivery includes a custom box, warranty card (24 months), timekeeping report, and, upon request, a personalized engraving. Production time: 7–10 business days after configuration.
