Refund policy

1) Instructions on Withdrawal

Right to withdraw****

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period****

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you,

* acquire(s) physical possession of the goods ;

* in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last of the goods ;

* in the case of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces: the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece ;

* in the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods over a set period : the day on which you acquire physical possession of the first goods.

How to exercise the right****

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MedoMods – AM GbR, Danziger Straße 6, 69181 Leimen, Germany; E-mail: info@medomods.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form set out below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2) Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods , whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return shipping costs:****

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods in this category can normally be returned by post.

Diminished value:****

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please avoid damage and contamination and return items in their original packaging if reasonably possible. This is not a prerequisite for exercising your right.

Refund method:****

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

3) Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

* the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised , such as custom watch builds or personalised dials (e.g., with logos/engravings) ;

* the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
