Seiko Patek Mod

A Seiko Patek mod combines a Seiko automatic movement with aftermarket parts such as the case, dial, hands and band. The watches on this page take their design cues from the Nautilus and the Aquanaut. Every model in both families has a 41 mm case and sapphire crystal. MedoMods assembles each watch by hand.

The NAUT MOD family is built around an integrated bracelet design; most models wear a steel bracelet, a few a rubber strap. Most run the Seiko NH35 automatic; the open-heart models use the Seiko NH38 automatic. Dials range from blue, green and white to rose-gold-tone, skeleton and Diamond Bezel variants.

AQUA MOD models combine the Seiko NH35 automatic with a rubber strap and a screw-down crown. Dial colours include black, navy blue, green, turquoise, orange, red, yellow and rose-gold-tone variants.

Decide first between the integrated steel bracelet of NAUT MOD and the rubber strap of AQUA MOD. Then compare the dial and the movement on the product page: NH35 or, for open-heart models, NH38. The NH35 guide explains the automatic movement.
