A Seiko Rolex mod pairs a genuine Seiko movement — usually the NH35 automatic — with matched aftermarket parts: case, dial, hands, bezel and bracelet styled after well-known Rolex references. The result is a watch of its own that quotes the design language but runs under its own name.
