Date Mod Classic Lime

The Date Mod Classic Lime is not a compromise. A yellow-green with high luminosity that creates maximum contrast against the polished steel and stays legible from any distance. For summer, for short sleeves, for people who do not want to hide a watch. MedoMods builds it by hand in three case sizes.

Movement

The Seiko NH35 automatic keeps time inside: hacking seconds so you can set the time precisely, hand-winding so you can start the watch without wearing it first, and approximately 41 hours of power reserve. The date at three o'clock advances mechanically at midnight. The exhibition case back exposes the rotor and bridges of the NH35 through a sapphire window — a satisfying daily detail on a mechanical watch.

Case, Crystal & Bracelet

316L stainless steel case in 36 mm, 39 mm, or 41 mm (crown excluded). The sapphire crystal sits above the dial, scratch-resistant and optically clear. Super-LumiNova on the hands and indices keeps the watch legible in low light — useful on the dial where contrast between hands and surface matters most after dark. The screw-down crown and 5 ATM water resistance handle everyday exposure to water without concern. The adjustable stainless steel bracelet covers a wide range of wrist sizes and the safety folding clasp holds it securely.

Why Lime

Most dials want to be discreet. This one does not. Lime is the colour you pick when the watch is meant to be seen — it works immediately with white, denim and khaki, and against dark clothing it becomes the only point of colour. It is deliberately not an every-day-of-the-year dial, and that is exactly what makes it interesting. On a handcrafted Seiko mod with a proper NH35 inside, solid engineering stays behind the colour.

• Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty from delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and functional problems under normal use. It doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water damage.
