- How long will it take to receive my watch?
- When you place an order, your watch is hand-assembled, regulated and inspected after purchase. Total delivery usually takes 12–15 days. With Priority Build (€9.99) your watch moves to the front of the bench — this does not promise an earlier delivery date.
- Can I customize the logo or remove it?
- Absolutely. Send us an email with your order number and full name after ordering, stating your desired design or that you want to remove the logo. You can also leave a note at checkout, or contact us before ordering.
