The Naut Mod turquoise Open Heart is where bold colour meets mechanical theatre. Built in the integrated-bracelet sports watch style, it wears the distinctive light-blue turquoise dial as a canvas — and then cuts an open-heart aperture straight through it, exposing the NH38 front mechanism beneath. The result is a 41 mm Seiko Mod that earns a second look from across the room and holds attention up close. Hand-assembled by MedoMods, it is aimed at anyone who wants a conversation piece that still runs on a rock-solid Japanese movement.
41 mm stainless steel case – proportioned for most wrists, substantial without being unwieldy
Automatic Seiko NH38 movement – self-winding, hacking seconds, hand-windable; no battery, no compromise
Sapphire crystal with Super-LumiNova – scratch-resistant glass and luminous hands for low-light legibility
Crown and water resistance: screw-down crown, 5 ATM
Adjustable integrated stainless steel bracelet with butterfly safety folding clasp – sits flush with the case for that seamless sport-luxury silhouette
Case back: exhibition window – watch the rotor spin
The open-heart window is not a gimmick — on the NH38 it frames the visible front mechanism at dial level, turning every glance at the time into a reminder that a real mechanical movement is at work. Paired with the turquoise blue dial, the contrast of vivid colour and raw movement creates depth that printed dials simply cannot match. The integrated bracelet completes the premium feel: no gap between case and bracelet, just a clean continuous line. Shipped with EU pricing. Within the EU, no import duties and no import VAT apply. Delivery: 10–12 days after ordering.
A light turquoise with horizontal grooves defines the dial of the Naut Mod turquoise (Open Heart); on the left at 9 o'clock, a round aperture opens a view onto parts of the NH38 automatic movement. A steel-toned case, smooth bezel and integrated link bracelet frame the colour, and there is no date window. The three siblings share this layout down to the details and differ in dial colour. The Naut Mod Snow White (Open Heart) goes for white, which makes the gold-toned movement parts in the aperture stand out – a fit if you want something light but not colourful. The Naut Mod Black (Open Heart) shows the same aperture on black, with light-filled indices and hands for strong contrast. The Naut Mod Brown (Open Heart) sits in between: a dark brown that deepens towards the edges and gives the steel a warmer tone.
The NH38 movement, 41 mm case size, sapphire crystal and 316L stainless steel are identical on all four, so colour alone decides which one ends up on your wrist.
A cool, slightly greenish turquoise fills the dial, with the grooves traced in a lighter tone. In the opening on the left the parts of the movement look dark, a violet stone flashes between them, and the index at 9 o'clock has given way to the opening. Pale-filled bars serve as hour markers, the double bar at the top sets an accent, at three o'clock a single bar stands where the date would be, and a ring of black dots frames the dial. The seconds hand is slim and dark, the baton hands show a pale filling. Case, bezel and bracelet all wear steel, the movement is an NH38 under sapphire crystal, and through the window a piece of the mechanism can be seen, while the rest of the dial looks closed and smooth.
Naut Mod Open Heart Rose Gold with green dial keeps the opening, but switches to dark green, rose-gold coloured metal and a leather strap with crocodile embossing. Naut Mod Ice Blue stays in a similar colour range, but has a closed dial with a date window, an NH35 and a bezel that looks darker and more brushed in the picture than the rest of the case. Naut Mod Dark Blue is the opposite of the light turquoise: a deep blue that lightens in the middle, with a closed dial, a date window and steel-coloured baton hands, pale inside. Anyone who wants to keep the mechanics in view and a cool, friendly colour with it will find that in this watch; all four share the case size of 41 mm.
