The DAY MOD runs on an automatic movement with a combined day and date complication. Case & Crystal

The 40 mm stainless steel case is the size that works on slim and broad wrists alike without pushing itself forward. The screw-down crown gives 5 ATM water resistance for ordinary life: rain, washing your hands, a splash at the sink. Above it sits sapphire crystal, which shows the dark dial without tinting it and takes the scratches that desk edges and door frames would otherwise leave behind. Dial & Design

Brown is the colour most watch boxes are missing, and chestnut is the version of it that needs no explanation. The tone is dark enough to read as charcoal at first glance; only when the light comes in at an angle does it turn coppery.
