The Customer Mod Silver slate-green is a dress-sport Seiko Mod with the iconic slate-green dial aesthetic at its centre — a silver-white sunray face with green Roman numerals edged in dark, which references mid-century elegance without leaning into pastiche. It suits the wrist that wants something genuinely different from the sea of black-dialed automatics: refined enough for a jacket, robust enough for a full day. Fluting on the bezel, five rows on the link bracelet, and yet a single tone: the steel of the case.
Three hours do without a numeral: the 12 is marked by a silver triangle, the 9 by a bar of the same silver, and at the 3 the date window lies under its magnifier. The remaining nine hours go to the green numerals, and along the rim small figures name every fifth minute. Baton hands and the thin seconds hand are silver-coloured like the dial itself. Within the line the same numerals also exist on black, where they come across far more reserved, and on slate grey with a gold-coloured bezel, crown and bracelet centre. Of the three, the silver version is the lightest, and no other stays entirely in steel tone.
The Seiko NH35 is the workhorse calibre behind countless respected automatics. It hacks: pull the crown, the silver seconds hand halts, and the time can be set to the second. It also winds manually, so after a rest you can top it up without waiting for wrist motion to build reserve.

If you want a handcrafted automatic that sits between casual and formal without looking like it is trying too hard, the Silver slate-green is the version to configure.
The dial is silver-white, brushed in a sunburst pattern, and the Roman numerals in a rich green carry a dark edge that sets them off from the light ground. A silver triangle marks 12, a silver bar marks 9, the minute numbers run in steps of five at the rim, and the baton hands are silver-coloured, like the thin seconds hand. The bezel is fluted, case and bracelet keep their steel colour, and a lens above the date opening magnifies it; in the first picture the bracelet has five rows, while on the wrist it shows three rows whose centre links are grooved. Next to it, Customer Mod Black slate-green sets the same lettering on smooth black, where the green appears only as an outline; here it fills the surface of the numerals. Customer Mod Dark Blue forgoes numerals altogether: a blue sunburst-finished dial with light baton indices, silver-coloured hands and the same fluted bezel in steel.
Customer Mod Gold & Pink changes the metal and the focus: a gold-coloured case, gold-coloured hands, a smooth, domed bezel, a pink dial with Eastern Arabic numerals and a three-row bracelet with wide, flat links. The first three watches share the fluted bezel, but only the one described here adds a light dial that scatters the light from the centre outward. Whoever likes a light dial with strongly green lettering wears it here; whoever prefers black looks to the first sister, whoever likes blue without numerals to the second, and whoever is after gold throughout to the third. The movement in all four is an NH35 automatic, and the case measures 36, 39 or 41 mm.
