Description
The Master Mod Black Moon combines a dark dial design with subdials, a moon motif and a tachymeter scale in a 40 mm case. This is a Seiko mod for the collector who wants more than a simple three-hander.
The screw-down crown and pusher arrangement at two and four o’clock form part of the design.
Case & Crystal
The 40 mm stainless steel case is solid without being heavy. The screw-down crown delivers 5 ATM water resistance, adequate for everyday wear.
Dial & Design
The Black Moon dial is a composition exercise: three subdials positioned symmetrically around the dial face, a moon motif that adds a celestial quality to an otherwise sporty watch, and a tachymeter scale around the outer bezel rim. The all-dark palette lets the individual elements speak clearly without visual crowding.
On the Wrist
At 40 mm the Master Mod Black Moon is a substantial but not overwhelming presence on the wrist. The overall watch wears with the seriousness the dial composition deserves. It is a watch that invites inspection — people will look at the subdials, notice the moon motif, and ask what the displays do.

FAQ
How long will it take to receive my watch?
It usually takes 10–12 days from order to delivery. The reason: we build every watch by hand only after you order it. It then goes through quality control, and only after that do we ship it. With Priority Build (an optional extra for €9.99, chosen on the product page) your watch moves to the front of the bench.
Can I customize the logo or remove it?
Absolutely. Send us an email with your order number and full name after ordering, stating your desired design or that you want to remove the logo. You can also leave a note at checkout, or contact us before ordering.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty from delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and functional problems under normal use. It doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water damage. If your watch is rated 5 ATM, hand-washing and rain are fine. Avoid diving, hot water and showering.
Is MedoMods a legitimate shop?
MedoMods is run by AM GbR, based in Leimen near Heidelberg, Germany. Our address and VAT ID are in the legal notice. You pay through Stripe, for example by card, PayPal or Klarna, and your card details never reach us. For deliveries to the UK, USA and Australia, we offer 14-day returns from delivery. We do not charge an additional restocking fee. We issue refunds within 4 calendar days after receiving the return. Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty. You can find our seller ratings on eBay.
Why are your watches cheaper than those in other shops?
We push prices down as much as we can. We believe many comparable watches are overpriced because shops bundle extras (like extra straps) into the price. We let you choose what you want, so you only pay for what you actually need.
